Welcome to FeedLink Africa
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the contribution and food empowerment programme operated by Feedlink Africa Enterprise (“Feedlink,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering an account or participating in any Feedlink programme, the member (“Member,” “Account Holder,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Feedlink operates a one-account-per-member identity policy. A Member shall not create or operate multiple accounts under different names, identities, or personal details.
1.2. Where the Company determines that one person is operating multiple accounts under altered, interchangeable, or different names, the Company reserves the right to terminate and/or consolidate such accounts.
1.3. In cases of fraudulent multiple-account creation, all affected accounts may be terminated and any associated benefits may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and the Company’s verification procedures.
2.1. Every Member shall pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₦3,000 (Three Thousand Naira) only.
2.2. The registration fee is separate from the Member’s contribution and does not form part of the Member’s savings or target amount.
3.1. Following payment of the registration fee, the Member shall fund the designated virtual wallet within forty-eight (48) hours for the commencement of contribution.
3.2. Failure to fund the virtual wallet within the stipulated period may result in deactivation of the account.
3.3. A deactivated account may require payment of a fresh registration fee before reactivation, subject to the Company’s applicable procedures.
4.1. Members who select the weekly contribution option shall ensure that the required contribution is available in their Feedlink virtual wallet on or before 11:59 p.m. every Sunday.
4.2. Where a Member fails to maintain the required weekly contribution by the prescribed deadline, the account shall be deemed to be in default.
4.3. Each missed weekly remittance shall attract a default charge equivalent to 100% of the applicable weekly contribution for each week of default.
5.1. Each account created under a Feedlink programme shall be subject to the applicable referral requirement before qualifying for the programme’s designated payback and food empowerment benefits.
5.2. Where applicable, the Member’s referral code shall become available after the prescribed period following account creation.
5.3. The Member shall use the referral code within seven (7) days after it becomes available.
5.4. Failure to satisfy the referral requirement within the prescribed period may constitute a default. In such circumstances, the Company may settle the affected account based on the amount contributed, less an applicable 5% administrative charge, subject to the terms of the particular plan.
6.1. A maximum of fifty (50) accounts may be created under a single authorized username, subject to the Company’s account-opening procedures.
6.2. Nothing in this provision permits one individual to circumvent the Company’s one-member/one-account identity policy.
7.1. All payments made in the name of Feedlink Africa Enterprise are subject to verification before they are credited or approved into a Member’s virtual wallet.
7.2. Manually uploaded transactions may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to undergo verification.
7.3. Any payment that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be rejected.
7.4. Uploading a false, altered, forged, or fabricated proof of payment constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or cancellation.
7.5. Uploading the same receipt multiple times, particularly for the purpose of obtaining duplicate credit, shall be treated as suspected fraudulent activity and may result in account termination and forfeiture of affected funds or benefits.
8.1. Every account must satisfy the applicable stipulated contribution target before it becomes eligible for payment.
8.2. Total Savings must equal the applicable Target Savings before the account qualifies for the scheduled empowerment/incentives.
8.3. The Company shall not be obligated to process an account for maturity payment where the applicable contribution requirements have not been fulfilled.
9.1. Feedlink’s contribution empowerment programmes may operate on three (3) months, six (6) months, or one (1) year maturity periods, depending on the programme selected by the Member.
9.2. The applicable maturity period shall be determined at the time the Member activates the relevant programme.
10.1. Upon maturity of an account, the Member shall pay a non-refundable clearance fee of ₦2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira) only, where applicable under the selected plan.
10.2. Clearance must be completed before the Company processes the applicable maturity payment.
11.1. Following maturity and successful clearance of the account, Feedlink shall process the applicable payment within seven (7) days, subject to verification, reconciliation, and compliance with these Terms.
11.2. Upon maturity, payment shall only be made into a bank account bearing the same account name registered with Feedlink, unless an approved change of ownership has been completed in accordance with these Terms.
12.1. Any request to transfer ownership of an account to another person shall be subject to the Company’s approval and verification requirements.
12.2. An approved change of ownership shall attract a ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) ownership-change fee.
12.3. The Company shall not recognize a change of ownership until the required documentation, verification, and applicable fee have been completed.
13.1. Every Member is strongly advised to provide accurate details of a trusted next of kin during registration.
13.2. Where a Member dies, the Company may process the Member’s eligible contribution refund or other applicable entitlement to the verified legal beneficiary or next of kin, subject to satisfactory documentation.
14.1. Every participating Member shall be required to purchase the prescribed Feedlink Africa Enterprise branded T-shirt before becoming eligible for the applicable food empowerment incentives.
14.2. The applicable T-shirt requirement, price, and collection procedure shall be communicated by the Company.
15.1. Feedlink’s foodstuffs and related food items are provided as part of its food empowerment initiative, subject to the applicable plan terms.
15.2. Such food items are intended to support household food supply and are not provided for commercial resale.
15.3. The Company reserves the right to determine the composition, quantity, timing, and method of distribution of food empowerment items.
16.1. A Member who voluntarily requests termination of an active account before its scheduled maturity shall be subject to a termination charge equivalent to 5% of the total amount contributed as at the date of termination.
16.2. Any applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s account-closure and verification procedures.
17.1. Members are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during registration is complete, accurate, and correct.
17.2. The Company shall not be responsible for losses, delays, failed payments, account-access problems, or other consequences arising directly from incorrect information supplied by a Member during registration.
17.3. Members are required to review their registration details before completing the registration process.
18.1. Members shall make payments only through the official payment channels designated by Feedlink Africa Enterprise.
18.2. Feedlink shall not be liable for losses, disputes, or other issues arising from payments made to unauthorized persons, accounts, agents, platforms, or channels.
18.3. Members are responsible for confirming the authenticity of payment instructions before making payment.
19.1. Members shall not provide false information, manipulate transaction records, create fraudulent accounts, submit duplicate payment evidence, or engage in any activity intended to obtain an unauthorized financial or plan benefit.
19.2. Where fraudulent activity is reasonably established following investigation, the Company may suspend or terminate the relevant account(s) and take any further action permitted by applicable law.
19.3. Any Subscriber who sues Feedlink Africa in court or initiates a police case acknowledges that financial implications incurred by Feedlink Africa may be deducted from the Subscriber’s money before payment is made to the Subscriber, subject to applicable law.
20.1. Feedlink Africa Enterprise reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in its programmes, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
20.2. Where material changes are made, the Company shall communicate the revised terms through its designated communication channels.
21.1. By registering an account, making a contribution, or continuing to participate in any Feedlink Africa Enterprise programme, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
21.2. These Terms shall be read together with the specific terms of the particular Feedlink programme selected by the Member.
